1. Who are we?

2. What data do we process?

2.1 Data stored locally on your device

• Wallet address — the public address of your KleverChain wallet.
• Seed phrase (encrypted) — your recovery words, stored in the secure enclave of your device (Android Keystore / iOS Secure Enclave) and only accessible via biometric authentication.

This data never leaves your device and is not sent to our servers.

2.2 Data sent to the blockchain

When you execute a transaction (swap, stake, play a match, etc.), your public wallet address and transaction data are published on KleverChain — a public, decentralized network. This data is publicly visible and cannot be deleted.

2.3 Data we do not collect

• Name, email address, or other personally identifiable information
• Location data
• Usage statistics or analytics
• Device IDs or advertising IDs

3. How do we use your data?

The only processing that takes place is signing blockchain transactions with the key stored locally on your device. This happens entirely on your device — the seed phrase never leaves it.

4. Third-party services

The app connects to the following external services:

• KleverChain Mainnet API (node.mainnet.klever.org, api.mainnet.klever.org) — to fetch blockchain data and broadcast transactions. Klever's own privacy policy applies: klever.io/privacy.

We do not integrate any ad networks, analytics services, or social media trackers.

5. Security

Your seed phrase is stored in the hardware-secured enclave of your device (Android Keystore or iOS Secure Enclave). Access requires biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition). We have no access to your seed phrase.

Important: If you lose your seed phrase and your device, no one — including SAME — can recover your wallet. Keep your seed phrase safely stored offline.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Since we do not process personal data on our servers, most GDPR rights (access, correction, deletion) apply to data on your own device. You can delete all local app data by uninstalling the app.

Blockchain transactions are immutable by nature and cannot be removed from the public network.

7. Children

The app is not directed at persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We will notify users of material changes to this policy via an app update. The most recent version is always available at https://app.want-same.com/privacy.
